Hybrid Technical Support Engineer — Config & Logistics

Job description

What you will do:

• Basic configuration tasks for products prior to shipment or exchange.
• Preparation of units including documentation, labeling, and software setup.
• Processing MSO orders, purchase requisitions, RMA, adjustments, warehouse movements.
• Supporting Customer Service with order data checks and shipment documentation.
• Organizing Support Desk activities and updating internal records.
• Basic device checks and configuration template handling.
• Maintaining accuracy in configuration sets.

What we are looking for:

• Technical education in electronics.
• Administrative or technical support experience.
• Handling electronic devices or configuration processes.
• Experience with CRM/Ticketing/ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Understanding of data types and file structures.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent English and Swedish.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
