Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a trusted Technical Solutions Sales professional to engage customers and sales teams through the full sales cycle, translating complex requirements into practical, scalable infrastructure architectures.

You will demonstrate capabilities, size solutions for compute, storage, networking, and AI/HPC workloads, and advise at expert and CIO levels while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Services teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure (servers, storage, networking) / AI / high-performance workloads.
• Proven track record in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical advisory roles.
• Ability to size and architect solutions based on workloads and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical solutioning for complex infrastructure opportunities across the full sales cycle (discovery → sizing → architecture → proposal → deal support).
• Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures covering compute, storage, networking and AI / HPC where relevant.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and technical presentations.
• Design and size solutions based on workload, performance and commercial constraints.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers, supporting technical discussions at expert and CIO level.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Services teams to build winning, margin-accretive solutions.
