Job summary

IFS seeks an AI Solution Architect to join our AI-centric solution engineering team. You will work across ERP, EAM, and FSM domains to translate AI capabilities into tangible, domain-specific outcomes and lead high-impact presales engagements that build customer confidence.

You are a senior technical specialist and trusted advisor who collaborates with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and GTM teams to strengthen execution and accelerate AI portfolio adoption.

Qualifications

• Deep domain credibility in ERP, EAM, and/or FSM.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally and support global engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front in qualified AI pursuits, tailoring demonstrations and delivering value engagements.
• Translate AI capabilities into domain-specific outcomes and architectures (ERP, EAM, FSM).
• Act as a trusted advisor to shape marketing campaigns, sales plays, and roadmaps for the AI portfolio.
• Elevate presales performance through content creation, mentoring, and reusable assets.
• Drive GTM innovation with cross-functional collaboration and industry-specific plays.
