Job summary

Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. seeks a Sales Engineer for Tap-changers based in Ludvika, Sweden. You will support sales and marketing, apply your engineering knowledge, and conduct trainings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in Tap changer technology and is fluent in English. This role includes participation in events and strategic collaboration with customers to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' engineering experience in Tap changer technology.
• Demonstrable leadership skills.
• Ability to explain advanced technical knowledge simply.
• Strategic mindset with a business focus.
• Fluency in English; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply Tap-changer application knowledge to work with customers and teams.
• Participate in events related to Tap-changers.
• Identify portfolio gaps for R&D.
• Develop product market material and lead seminars.
• Update quotation tool with customer solutions.
• Inform colleagues about product life-cycle status.
• Support the Risk Review process with technical input.
