Job summary

Hitachi, Ltd. in Sweden invites you to join a Technical Sales Program that rotates through engineering and then moves into Marketing and Sales roles such as territory sales manager or technical marketing specialist.

You'll work on on-load tap-changers and high voltage bushings used in transformers across our Swiss and Swedish factories. Starting in the Tap Changers engineering team, you will gain deep product knowledge, perform technical sales support, testing, and collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Electrical engineering, Energy systems, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with commercial interest.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; service-minded.
• Curious with drive to develop continuously.
• Interest in making the future of energy more sustainable.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and company knowledge under mentorship.
• Engage with supervisors and mentors to develop technical and sales skills.
• Involvement in activities such as type testing, engineering, technical sales support and commercial tasks.
• Cooperation with other functions within the company.
• Maintain good cooperation with external partners and customers.
• Prepare technical/commercial offers by translating customer requirements into appropriate solutions.
