Job summary

SGS is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver end-to-end recruitment for the Nordic region, based in Linköping, Sweden. The role travels within the Nordics and contributes to employer branding and workforce planning with HR leaders.

The position is a temporary, approx. 12-month assignment, with a salary aligned to experience and Nordic market practices. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to build consistent recruitment standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Several years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, Nordic or international environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across different functions and seniority levels.
• Good understanding of Nordic labor markets and recruitment practices.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluent English and Swedish – additional Nordic languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery across the Nordic region. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping them define recruitment needs, build effective sourcing strategies, conduct structured selection processes and ensure a professional candidate experience from first contact through on-boarding.

The role is an individual contributor position and will play an important part in developing consistent Nordic recruitment practices, strengthening employer branding and supporting workforce planning together with HR and business leaders. Therefore the role includes some travelling across the Nordics.

This is a temporary position for appr. 12 months located in Linköping, Sweden.

We are looking for a structured, proactive and relationship-driven recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring managers at different organizational levels. You enjoy working across borders, balancing several recruitment processes at the same time and delivering high-quality service to both managers and candidates.

The monthly salary for the position is based on previous relevant work experience and skills and is approximately SEK44,000-49,000/month, starting from the salary of a person with a few years of relevant experience.
