Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to partner with leaders and HRBPs, driving a cohesive global recruitment strategy across regions. The role includes coordinating activities worldwide while driving Sweden-based end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with HRBPs and senior stakeholders, map roles, provide market insights, and support salary framework discussions, with strong English fluency

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a global organization.
• Proven track record in search and sourcing for IT or digital roles.
• Strong understanding of global recruitment across cultures and geographies.
• Experience collaborating with HRBPs and senior stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, including role structuring and salary frameworks.
• Ability to connect, align and drive recruitment topics across teams and countries.
• Fluency in English; Swedish knowledge is an advantage.
