Job summary

Your Source AB is seeking a Recruitment Researcher to support recruitment across Sweden and international markets. You will conduct talent research, market mapping, and pipeline development, while coordinating interviews and stakeholder communication.

You will develop sourcing strategies, engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and databases, provide market insights, and contribute to employer branding and reporting.

Remote within Sweden, 40 hours/week, start date as agreed, fixed monthly salary.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in recruitment research or talent acquisition.
• Experience developing proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience in talent research, market mapping and candidate-pipeline development.
• Experience working with international talent markets or international stakeholders.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments.
• Professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Relevant university education in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements, business needs, competencies and candidate profiles.
• Independently develop and execute search and sourcing strategies for recruitment assignments.
• Proactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, recruitment databases and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct talent research and market mapping across Sweden, EMEA and other international markets to identify relevant talent, skills availability and sourcing opportunities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate networks for current and future recruitment needs.
• Support recruitment across specialist, senior specialist and leadership-level positions in different functions and industries.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess experience, competencies, motivation and suitability.
• Prepare candidate profiles and shortlists and present suitable candidates to hiring managers and clients.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain professional communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide hiring managers and clients with talent-market insights, including candidate availability, sourcing possibilities, market conditions and relevant salary-market information.
• Apply inclusive sourcing practices and contribute to building diverse candidate pools across different markets.
• Contribute to recruitment process improvement, employer branding, sourcing methodologies, recruitment tools and reporting.

Job description

As a Recruitment Researcher, you will work closely with hiring managers, clients and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and support successful recruitment processes across Sweden and international markets. The role combines recruitment research, proactive talent sourcing, market mapping and pipeline development with candidate assessment, stakeholder management and recruitment coordination.

You will independently develop sourcing strategies, identify and engage relevant talent, and provide market insights to support recruitment across different functions and levels of seniority, including specialist, senior specialist and leadership positions.
