Job summary

J2 Sourcing AB is seeking a Tactical Buyer to strengthen our operations team in Malmö. You will manage and process customer and supplier orders across the full order lifecycle in our ERP system, ensuring accurate data, timely deliveries, and clear communication between suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.

This hands-on role rewards detail orientation, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, order management or supply chain roles.
• Hands-on ERP experience is essential.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Structured, detail-oriented and service-minded.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent professional English communication.
• Electronics or supply-chain industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a TacticalBuyer to strengthen our operations team.

About the Role

As a Tactical Buyer, your primary focus will be managing and processing customer and supplier orders throughout the entire order lifecycle. Working extensively in our ERP system, you will ensure order accuracy, timely deliveries, and smooth communication between suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

This is a hands-on operational role for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and processes while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase orders and customer orders in the ERP system

• Ensure accurate order data, pricing, quantities, and delivery information

• Monitor open orders and proactively follow up on deliveries and order status

• Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and material availability challenges

• Support inventory management and operational purchasing activities

• Maintain high data quality and contribute to process improvements

• Support reporting and other administrative tasks related to order management

What We're Looking For

• Experience in purchasing, order management, supply chain, or similar operational roles

• Strong hands-on ERP experience is essential

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent professional communication in English

Experience from the electronics industry or other supply chain-intensive industries is an advantage.
