Job summary

Astek Sweden AB in Sweden is seeking a driven Project Buyer to serve as the central link between internal stakeholders and suppliers worldwide in a fast-paced supply chain. You will negotiate project-specific POs, ensure policy compliance, manage suppliers, and drive continuous improvement while supporting digitalization and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience with a structured and commercial mindset.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical approach with demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and deliver on set targets.
• Commercial and financial awareness.
• Adaptable to shifting business needs and customer demands.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
