Job summary

J2 Sourcing AB is seeking a Tactical Buyer to strengthen our operations team in Malmö. You will manage and process customer and supplier orders across the full order lifecycle in our ERP system, ensuring accurate data, timely deliveries, and clear communication between suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.

This hands-on role rewards detail orientation, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, order management or supply chain roles.
• Hands-on ERP experience is essential.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Structured, detail-oriented and service-minded.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent professional English communication.
• Electronics or supply-chain industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase orders and customer orders in the ERP system.
• Ensure accurate order data, pricing, quantities, and delivery information.
• Monitor open orders and follow up on deliveries and status.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve order discrepancies and delivery issues.
• Support inventory management and operational purchasing activities.
• Contribute to data quality and process improvements.
