Job summary

Axis Communications seeks a System Support Technician to provide first-line support for our Salesforce CRM and related systems. The role covers Lund, Stockholm, or Linköping offices with a focus on user-centric service and proactive problem solving.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage access across Axis systems, and contribute to knowledge articles, with global support responsibilities and a collaborative IT Helpdesk culture.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience providing system support to users.
• Hands-on experience supporting users in Salesforce.
• An IT education, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of support for our CRM and Salesforce.
• Manage access across Axis systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in supported systems.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and workflows.
• Collaborate with other teams on connected systems.
