Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Swedish speakers to relocate to Athens and join an international customer service team working within insurance and device protection.

You'll support customers with insurance and protection plans for electronics and household devices, handling claims, status checks, eligibility questions, and coordinating repairs. On-site in Athens, you’ll be part of a diverse team from Sweden and across Europe.

Qualifications

• Speak Swedish fluently.
• Have good English skills.
• Enjoy talking to and helping people.
• Can stay calm when customers are frustrated.
• Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Like solving problems rather than simply passing them along.
• Have completed high school or equivalent.
• Are ready to live and work in Athens.

Responsibilities

• Registering and managing insurance claims
• Checking claim status and explaining next steps
• Answering questions about coverage and eligibility
• Helping coordinate repairs and replacements
• Handling customer questions and complaints
• Updating customer cases and documentation
• Finding solutions when something hasn't gone quite according to plan
