Next Job Abroad is seeking Swedish speakers to relocate to Athens and join an international customer service team in insurance and device protection.

You’ll work on-site in Athens, with colleagues from Sweden and across Europe, and you’ll receive structured training before starting plus on-the-job support.

Relocation assistance, hotel on arrival, housing help, healthcare benefits, language courses and career development opportunities are provided to help you settle in.

Qualifications

• Speak Swedish fluently
• Have good English skills
• Enjoy talking to and helping people
• Can stay calm when customers are frustrated
• Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Like solving problems rather than simply passing them along
• Have completed high school or equivalent
• Are ready to live and work in Athens

Responsibilities

• Registering and managing insurance claims
• Checking claim status and explaining next steps
• Answering questions about coverage and eligibility
• Helping coordinate repairs and replacements
• Handling customer questions and complaints
• Updating customer cases and documentation
• Finding solutions when something hasn't gone quite according to plan
