Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Swedish speakers to relocate to Athens and join an international customer service team handling insurance and device protection.

You’ll work on-site in Athens with colleagues from Sweden and across Europe, helping customers register claims, check status, and coordinate repairs.

Relocation support, hotel upon arrival, and ongoing training are provided to help you settle in Greece.

Qualifications

• Speak Swedish fluently.
• Have good English skills.
• Enjoy talking to and helping people.
• Can stay calm when customers are frustrated.
• Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Like solving problems rather than simply passing them along.
• Have completed high school or equivalent.
• Are ready to live and work in Athens.

Responsibilities

• Registering and managing insurance claims.
• Checking claim status and explaining next steps.
• Answering questions about coverage and eligibility.
• Helping coordinate repairs and replacements.
• Handling customer questions and complaints.
• Updating customer cases and documentation.
• Finding solutions when something hasn't gone quite according to plan.
