Next Job Abroad is recruiting Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international team in Athens, Greece. You will be the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers across Europe, handling enquiries and coordinating roadside assistance with approved partners.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and good English (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle Swedish-speaking customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Assist drivers with roadside assistance and vehicle issues.
• Identify customer location, vehicle details and support needs.
• Coordinate with service partners for roadside help, repairs or towing.
• Respond to product, service and appointment inquiries and manage expectations.
