Job summary

Zeekr in Sweden is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize processes, support dealers, and align Sales, Finance, Operations and HQ. You will act as Sweden's SPOC for HQ IT and will drive improvements across CRM, MSS Workbench and BPM.

Fluency in Swedish and English, together with 2+ years in Sales Operations, will help you succeed in this role within a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Automotive Management, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in Sales Operations or related roles.
• Strong CRM and BPM systems experience.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve Sales Operations processes.
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements.
• Act as Sweden's SPOC to HQ IT for Sales Operations systems.
• Maintain knowledge of CRM, MSS Workbench and BPM.
• Provide dealer onboarding and readiness support.
• Administer dealer incentive programs in BPM.
• Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Operations and HQ functions.
