Job summary

Mowi Central Europe in Falkenberg is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to support daily sales operations and related admin tasks. You will coordinate communication between customers, the sales team, and external partners, manage forecasts, pricing, and documentation, and assist with launches across multiple systems.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service or sales support, a strong grasp of order-to-cash processes, and proficiency in ERP systems (preferably M3) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Sales Support or similar coordination role.
• Understanding of order-to-cash, invoicing, claims, and customer support processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably M3) and ticketing tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluent in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between customers, sales, accounting, and external partners.
• Act as main contact for customers and support daily inquiries.
• Manage customer forecasts, promotions, and forecast distribution.
• Record and resolve customer claims and deviations with internal teams.
• Create and maintain price lists and promotional pricing in ERP.
• Manage contracts, certificates, and documentation across systems.
• Support product launches with cross-functional coordination.
• Assist office admin and HR-related activities.
• Coordinate sustainability, compliance, IT and data protection activities.
