Job summary

Zeekr Sweden seeks a Managing Director, Nordics & Country Manager to lead the Swedish business within a Nordic framework. You will drive regional growth, optimize the dealer network, and ensure profitability while upholding Zeekr’s premium brand standards.

You will partner with Europe leaders to accelerate market expansion, oversee sales, aftersales, and customer experience, and act as the executive representative for Zeekr Sweden. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with 15+ years in automotive or premium mobility sectors.
• Experience as General Manager, Country Manager, or MD with full P&L accountability.
• Track record of scaling brands and delivering growth in competitive markets.
• Deep knowledge of Nordic markets and EV ecosystem; premium brand experience is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management with regulatory bodies, partners, and media.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Nordic business across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategy aligned with Zeekr Europe.
• Deliver revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
• Own the Nordic P&L and regional business plan, budget, and reviews.
• Represent Zeekr Sweden to authorities, dealers, media, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee customer experience, dealer network development, and brand positioning.
