XPENG Sweden is seeking a structured, proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support daily sales operations. You will manage orders, allocate vehicles, register deliveries and follow up payments, coordinating with internal teams and retail partners.

The role demands high attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Sales team in a growing, international setting, contributing to an efficient, scalable sales operation in

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of experience in sales operations or order administration.
• Excellent organization, data accuracy and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review, validate and process incoming vehicle orders and ensure data quality across systems.
• Support vehicle allocation, delivery planning and coordination with internal teams and partners.
• Assist with vehicle registration, invoicing and payment reconciliation.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales team and respond to partner inquiries.
• Support sales reporting, data management and performance tracking.
