Job summary

Tetra Pak in Lund, Sweden, seeks a Business Expert to lead sustainability capability-building initiatives within the Sustainability Excellence Value Stream. You will analyze business requirements, collaborate across process teams, and drive end-to-end improvements to support the Sustainability agenda.

The role requires a university degree, 3–5 years in continuous improvements, strong SAP knowledge, and experience in change management and end-user training. Proficiency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree and 3–5 years in continuous improvements, processes, systems and data.
• Very good command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead large sustainability capability-building projects within the Sustainability Excellence Value Stream.
• Analyse business requirements and provide solutions to end-to-end process teams.
• Collaborate with Process Office and GIM to address business challenges.
• Lead small to medium transformation projects and manage change.
• SAP solution testing and user support in tests and daily tasks.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user trainings.
• Collaborate with technical support for issue tracking and resolution.
