Job summary

Tetra Pak in Lund, Sweden, is seeking an experienced Replenishment Manager to lead the Planning & Quality team within Services Supply Network. You will shape the future of our global supply network by driving continuous improvement, automation, and customer-focused working methods.

You will manage a team of 10, optimize the purchase-to-pay process, collaborate with key stakeholders, and use digital tools to deliver improved performance across sourcing and replenishment.

Qualifications

• Several years of successful people leadership experience.
• Experience from supply chain planning, replenishment, purchasing, or a similar field.
• A customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical capability and a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with digital tools and technologies such as Power BI, automation, and analytics platforms.
• The ability to lead change and challenge established ways of working.
• Experience with WCM methodologies and tools is considered an advantage.
• You hold a university degree or have equivalent relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Be a member of the Planning & Quality management team and contribute to shaping the future direction of our global supply network.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Own and continuously improve the purchase-to-pay process and related operational workflows.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Supplier Management, Supply Optimisation, and other key stakeholders across the business.
• Manage team performance through KPIs, budget, and structured performance management.
• Ensure effective sourcing for parts where an established supplier setup is not yet in place.
