Job summary

Tetra Pak in Lund, Sweden, is seeking a Supply Network Specialist to join the global Services Supply Network. You will enhance spare parts availability and optimize distribution across a worldwide network, based in Lund.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder influence, and experience with Excel, Power BI, and relevant SAP/Kinaxis Maestro knowledge. Fluency in English is essential for this international team.

Qualifications

• A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience within supply chain, supply network, inventory management or supplier management.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and draw actionable conclusions.
• A structured approach to problem solving (e.g. WCM or similar methodologies).
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience in Power BI; knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis Maestro is a plus.
• Basic programming skills (e.g. DAX or Python) are considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply and supplier performance to identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive initiatives to improve delivery precision, reduce lead times, and strengthen supply reliability.
• Translate business needs into concrete actions and requirements for suppliers, and follow through to secure results.
• Influence and challenge stakeholders across functions and seniority levels to drive end‑to‑end optimization.
• Support supplier management with data‑driven insights in supplier development and negotiations.
• Develop and implement structured problem‑solving approaches (e.g. WCM) to address performance gaps.
• Utilize and continuously improve planning systems, tools and ways of working within SSN.
