Job summary

Tetra Pak seeks a Social Sustainability Lead to develop and deploy our Social Sustainability Framework anchored in human rights due diligence. The role requires collaboration across markets to identify risks and implement action plans that protect people and the value chain.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for global operations.
• Track record of driving change in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Ability to work independently and develop ideas, projects and tools.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse geographies.
• Strong desk and qualitative research skills for nuanced human rights work.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of the Social Sustainability Framework.
• Develop and implement human rights due diligence across the value chain.
• Collaborate with markets, customers, suppliers and civil society stakeholders.
• Inform reporting with cross-functional teams across Corporate Sustainability, Finance and Communications.
• Build awareness and ownership of the Social Sustainability agenda in relevant functions.
• Support mitigation and remedy of identified human rights issues.
• Engage external stakeholders to support the strategy and implementation.
