Job summary

Tetra Pak is seeking a Customer Master Data Driver within Value Stream Customer Management, based in Lund, Sweden. The role focuses on governing, structuring, and enhancing global Customer Master Data to support operations and business transformation.

You will work across markets and functions, driving alignment and continuous improvement in data governance, quality, and processes. The position requires collaboration with IT and business stakeholders and reports to the Commercial Projects &

Qualifications

Experience with Master Data governance and data quality initiatives.
Understanding of sales, order management, or finance processes.
Ability to collaborate across business, IT and process teams.
Ability to define scalable data structures and governance.

Responsibilities

Ensure quality, structure, and governance of Customer Master Data globally.
Lead alignment from Value Stream with Process Office, MDM team, and Global IM on priorities and responsibilities.
Future-proof Customer Master Data through projects and gap initiatives based on needs.
Develop and manage reporting and follow-up metrics to continuously improve data quality.
Own and manage workflows related to customer data creation and maintenance.
Support audits and ensure strong process controls, especially within Export Control.
Validate and advise on customer master data implications in transformation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with export control, data privacy and security regulations in collaboration with legal and privacy teams.
Lead and coordinate a global network of Customer Master Data Business Experts.
