Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled SAP SCT Consultant to join our sustainability transformation initiatives. The consultant will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP’s Sustainability Control Tower, enabling our clients to monitor, analyze, and report their ESG and sustainability KPIs in line with global standards such as CSRD, GRI, and EU Taxonomy.

️ Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT), including KPI modeling, data sourcing, and ESG reporting structure

• Engage with business stakeholders to capture sustainability and compliance requirements (e.g., CSRD, ESEF, GHG Scope 1-3)

• Integrate SCT with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and external data sources for sustainability metrics

• Support data mapping, quality checks, and validation from various sources including IoT, Excel uploads, and APIs

• Customize dashboards, alerts, and reporting views aligned with business and regulatory needs

• Collaborate with functional teams (e.g., SAP EHS, EAM, Finance, Procurement) to ensure SCT reflects operational KPIs

• Conduct user training, workshops, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption

• Provide support during audits, regulatory filings, and internal ESG reviews

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, IT, or related field

• 5+ years of SAP experience, including 1+ year specifically in SAP Sustainability Control Tower or SAP’s sustainability suite (e.g., SAP EHS, SAP PACT, SAP ESG Reporting)

• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks: GHG Protocol, CSRD, GRI, SASB, TCFD, EU Taxonomy

• Hands-on experience with SCT configuration, data modeling, and KPI setup

• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BTP, CDS views, and data integration tools

• Knowledge of sustainability topics like carbon accounting, energy usage, circular economy is a strong plus

• Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish language is a plus for Sweden-based roles)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP EHS, SAP Product Footprint Management (PFM), or SAP Responsible Design and Production (RDP)

• Understanding of reporting standards and audit readiness for ESG disclosures

• Familiarity with SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Datasphere, or external ESG data connectors

• Industry experience in manufacturing, energy, or consumer goods is a plus
