Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Business Consultant (Quality & EHS) in Gothenburg, Sweden. The candidate will drive quality and EHS processes, lead cross-functional workshops, and ensure on-time delivery with a focus on SAP QM/EHS, Signavio, and S/4 transformations.

Ideal candidates have 8–15 years of experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of implementing quality tools (SPC, Kaizen, Six Sigma). AI/Gen AI exposure is a plus.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to lead fit-to-standard / fit-gap workshops and translate business needs into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer stakeholder relationships across executive and operational levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead workshops and align with Transformation Management Office to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate with Value team on Value Planning and Realization.

Job Requirements

Key responsibilities

• Customer Stakeholder Management and facilitation across executive and operational audiences.
• Cross functional collaboration
• Ability to lead discussions during workshops.
• Work closely with Transformation Management Office to ensure on-time delivery.
• Align with Value team on the Value Planning & Value Realization (KPIs)

Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities

Work with larger implementation team to ensure on time and error free delivery.

Ability to proactively plan resources and operate within budgets provided.

Key Skills/Knowledge

• Plant Operations experience in one or more functional areas - especially in Quality / EHS
• End-to-end business process mapping from L1 to L4 (required).
• Exposure to TQM techniques (SPC, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and the 7 Basic Quality Tools)
• Ability to lead fit-to-standard / fit-gap workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Prior experience in SAP QM / EHS / Product Compliance modules as part of large S4 Transformations is good to have.
• SAP Signavio experience is good to have.
• Six sigma black belt certification is preferrable.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, initiative-taking, and innovative mindset.
• Exposure to AI/ Gen AI / Agentic AI is desirable.
