Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Tender and Sales Support Specialist to lead the end-to-end tender process for complex bids in the Power Quality sector.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare cost estimates and technical documentation, and ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality standards. You will build a library of tender templates, analyze risks and opportunities, and present data to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management, sales support, or a similar role within a B2B environment, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms and conditions, contract law, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Swedish is an advantage but not required.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire tender process from initial inquiry, submission, negotiation and handover to operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, technical documentation and commercial terms in conjunction with sales and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of tender documents, templates, best practices and Win/loss analysis, helping to improve efficiency and effectiveness of tenders.
• Report to Senior Managers on behalf of the tender providing quality data with good clarity, contributing to decision making processes.
• Participate in customer meetings and presentations as required, representing Hitachi Energy in a professional manner.
