Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Västerås seeks a Manager Tendering & Sales Support for Power Quality to lead tendering operations and a growing team. You will drive global collaboration, ensure competitive tenders, and align price, delivery, scope, and quality with customer expectations.

The role requires a strong commercial and technical mindset, 10–15 years in project-based business, and a degree in engineering or business. Hybrid-friendly with global exposure and significant leadership responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or business.
• 10–15 years of experience in a project-based business.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Proven ability to manage tendering and sales support in a global setting.
• Experience in utility or industrial infrastructure projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tendering & Sales Support department for Power Quality.
• Ensure tenders meet price, delivery, scope, and quality expectations.
• Develop and lead a team of 15 members plus two TQS managers.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver competitive tenders.
