Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden seeks a Tender and Sales Support Specialist to lead tender efforts, coordinating teams of 5–20 people locally and remotely, and to drive the tender process from inquiry to handover.

You will define tender strategies, prepare detailed cost estimates and commercial terms with sales and engineering, develop a library of templates, and present data to Senior Management to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in tender management or sales support in B2B.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms, contracts, and risk management.
• Excellent English; Swedish is an advantage.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire tender process from initial inquiry, submission, negotiation and handover to operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, technical documentation and commercial terms in conjunction with sales and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of tender documents, templates, best practices and win/loss analysis, helping to improve efficiency and effectiveness of tenders.
• Report to Senior Managers on behalf of the tender providing quality data with good clarity, contributing to decision making processes.
• Participate in customer meetings and presentations as required, representing Hitachi Energy in a professional manner.
