Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a Tender and Sales Support Specialist within the Global Center of Competence for Power Quality. You will lead the tender process end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams to develop competitive bids, manage target costing and risk analysis, and present data to Senior Management.

The role entails defining tender strategies, maintaining a library of templates, and acting as the key internal and external contact for tenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of tender management or similar role in B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms, contract law, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; Swedish is a plus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire tender process from inquiry to handover to operations.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, technical documentation and commercial terms with sales and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain a library of tender documents, templates, and best practices.
• Report to Senior Managers with quality data to support decision making.
• Participate in customer meetings and presentations representing Hitachi Energy.
