Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Tender and Sales Support Specialist within the Global Center of Competence for Power Quality.

You will lead teams of 5–20 people, locally and remotely, building competitive bids, driving the tender process and managing costing and risk analysis. You will define tender strategy, prepare data for Senior Management and serve as the key internal/external contact for tenders, coordinating with sales and engineering teams to ensure timely, accurate and compelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in tender management, sales support, or a similar B2B role within energy sector.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms, contract law, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Swedish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire tender process from initial inquiry to handover to operations.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, technical documentation and commercial terms with sales/technical teams.
• Develop and maintain a library of tender documents, templates, best practices and win/loss analyses.
• Report to Senior Managers with data for decision making and risk assessment.
• Participate in customer meetings and represent Hitachi Energy professionally.
