Tavion AB is seeking a Sourcing Manager, Construction Services to build the contractor base for its growing European BESS portfolio. You will identify, qualify and contract EPC and BOP partners across civil, electrical and site infrastructure, starting in Poland and expanding across Europe.

Formación

• 8–10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement or contracting in construction, energy, or infrastructure.
• Tendering, negotiating and closing complex construction contracts (EPC, BOP or multi-contract).
• Understanding of construction contracting, risk allocation and commercial risk.
• Familiarity with standard contract structures such as FIDIC is beneficial.
• Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with technical teams and interpret scopes and proposals.
• Experience across multiple markets and managing international contractor relationships.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sourcing and contracting strategies for EPC and BOP services with Construction and Engineering.
• Build Tavion’s contractor base across Poland and other European markets.
• Identify, assess and prequalify contractors by capability, capacity and HSE.
• Lead RFQ and tender processes; evaluate proposals and recommend contractors.
• Negotiate framework agreements and key commercial terms, including pricing and change mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Legal on construction contracts and commercial risk.
• Build long-term relationships with key contractors and position Tavion as a credible client.
• Monitor contractor markets, costs, capacity constraints and supply-chain risks.
• Maintain a competitive contractor portfolio and ensure smooth handover to project execution.
• Capture market learnings to improve Tavion’s sourcing approach.
