Sway Sourcing is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for a large-scale construction and infrastructure project in Sweden. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier assessments, RFx processes, tender evaluations, and lead contract negotiations, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with project teams, legal specialists, contract managers, and external partners to deliver effective procurement and successful project

Competenze

• Experience in commercial and technical responsibilities within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of commercial agreements, contractual terms, and contract preparation.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams, contractors and external suppliers.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management, coordinating multiple activities.
• Hands-on experience with RFx, tender assessments, quotation evaluations and bid analysis.
