Job summary

NKT is seeking a Category Specialist for Construction Procurement to manage sourcing and supplier performance across Europe. You will be responsible for developing procurement strategies and conducting sourcing processes while ensuring compliance and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 3–7 years of relevant experience. This role supports the green transition and promotes gender diversity within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in construction procurement or category management.
• Knowledge of Swedish standard contracts like ABT 06 and AB 04.
• Experience with contracts such as FIDIC or NEC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction projects.
• Conduct sourcing processes including RFI, RFP, and RFQ.
• Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with supplier agreements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
