Job summary

JobBusters AB is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for a large-scale construction programme. You will drive sourcing strategy, supplier assessment and tender evaluation, and handover to project teams.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Contract Management and Legal to secure commercially sound agreements, manage RFx processes, evaluate bids and prepare award recommendations, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial and technical responsibilities in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, writing and negotiations.
• Experience with RFx processes, tender evaluation and bid analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with capital equipment, construction materials, total cost of ownership or HSE requirements is an advantage.
• A proactive, structured and collaborative approach, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for construction projects from sourcing strategy to handover.
• Analyse supplier markets and manage RFx processes.
• Evaluate bids and prepare award recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts in collaboration with Project Management, Contract Management and Legal.
• Ensure commercially sound agreements aligned with timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to procurement procedures and supplier relationship management.
