Job summary

WACKER in Solna is seeking a Sales Manager to lead growth in electronics, automotive, and specialty chemicals by identifying opportunities and expanding the customer base. Qualifications

• University degree in Chemistry or Engineering (MSc preferred)
• Minimum 5 years in sales or account management in chemical/industrial sector
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce)
• Willingness to travel frequently for business
• Fluency in Swedish and English required; German as an advantage

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in electronics, automotive, and specialty chemicals markets
• Drive growth through proactive prospecting and expansion of the customer base
• Manage and service existing customer accounts and strengthen relationships with strategic clients
• Increase customer engagement through regular visits and proactive communication
• Collaborate with distribution partners and optimize partner relationships
• Present company product portfolio including sealing, bonding, and potting materials
• Provide application-based solutions and maintain understanding of customer requirements in industrial applications
• Document sales activities in SAP, Salesforce; ensure smooth information exchange with internal teams
• Support knowledge transfer and contribute to process improvements and team effectiveness
