Owens Corning is seeking a Sales Lead to strengthen our Scandinavia sales team. You will develop relationships with decision-makers, apply value-based selling, and drive revenue in Sweden with remote or hybrid options from the Stockholm region.

You will collaborate across the matrix, manage opportunities through long sales cycles, and mentor peers while traveling domestically as needed. Fluency in Swedish and English and a strong engineering/technical background are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master’s level degree preferably engineering or Sales/Marketing.
• 5+ years of technical sales experience in building or construction.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Strong value-based and consultative selling experience.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and complex projects.
• Willing to travel domestically.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
