Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Sales Lead to strengthen our high performing sales team in Scandinavia, with a focus on Sweden. The role centers on developing strong customer relationships with decision-makers and influencers, driving value-based selling, and achieving sales targets in alignment with the business strategy in Sweden.

You will work across the matrix organization to identify opportunities, manage long-cycle projects, travel domestically, and contribute to a sustainable, energy-efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s level degree preferably engineering or Sales/Marketing.
• 5+ years of technical sales experience in building/construction.
• Strong background in value-based and consultative selling.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and complex projects.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Location: Remote or Hybrid in Sweden, Stockholm area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build confidential relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities early.
• Provide consultative service as a strategic advisor throughout projects.
• Implement sales plans focused on long-term pipeline growth.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and competition.
