Job summary

Watlow Sweden is hiring an Inside Sales Engineer to manage a defined customer portfolio and drive revenue growth. You will be the primary commercial contact, coordinating with direct sales, technical teams and shared services to deliver a seamless buying cycle.

You will qualify requests, analyze customer needs with technical teams, propose solutions, prepare quotes, and manage orders and invoicing. Swedish and English fluency is required, with a technical background in industrial manufacturing

Qualifications

Solid hands-on experience in industrial B2B sales.
Ability to coordinate tailored technical and commercial solutions for customers.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to engagement.
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, with openness to using AI and digital tools to improve efficiency.
Fluent Swedish and English (spoken and written).
Technical education and/or background in industrial manufacturing, thermal solutions, or related technical sectors is a strong advantage.
