Sambla Group is seeking a strategic People Business Partner to partner with senior leaders in Product & Tech and other central functions. You will align business priorities with people, organization and leadership initiatives to support scalable growth.

The role emphasizes AI, data, and modern ways of working, with close collaboration to the Chief People & Culture Officer and the Global People Team. Stockholm-based, grounded in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen for understanding commercial priorities and organizational impact.
• Proven project management skills from problem definition to execution.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Tech or other knowledge-intensive functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build trust with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills using data and structured problem-solving to guide decisions.
• Experience in matrix organizations and navigating ambiguity and multiple priorities.
• Understanding of OKRs and modern product/tech ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic People Business Partner to senior leaders across Product & Tech, translating priorities into clear people and org plans.
• Partner with the Chief People & Culture Officer and senior leadership as a trusted sparring partner for strategic People initiatives and change management.
• Lead workforce planning, including capability mapping, succession thinking and organizational design for scalability.
• Build career paths, role frameworks and development structures for growth and high-performing teams.
• Strengthen organizational capabilities linked to AI, automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Use data and problem-solving to shape recommendations and influence decisions.
• Collaborate with the Global People Team to create scalable People practices across Sambla Group.
