Job summary

Klarna is seeking a Partner Success professional to grow and optimize strategic partnerships. You will manage a portfolio of partners, analyze performance, and drive opportunities across product, marketing, and sales to maximize value for both Klarna and its partners.

You will collaborate with teams to turn data into actionable growth plans, maintain strong communication with partners, and ensure alignment with commercial strategy in a fast-paced environment in Stockholm.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner-facing, sales, or business development in tech/fintech/e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of partner relationships daily and track performance.
• Identify concrete growth opportunities within existing partnerships and build business cases.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to bring partner requests to the table.
• Prepare partner-facing materials, proposals, and performance reviews.
• Track partner performance against goals and flag issues early.
