Job description

Sambla Group is a fintech company with a clear goal – to be your trusted financial partner. We’ve grown into one of the fastest-growing fintech companies, bridging the gap between borrowers and lenders, thanks to the 500+ amazing people who work here. In the summer of 2026, we were granted authorisation as a credit market company, marking an important milestone in our continued journey to expand into own lending and opening an exciting new chapter for Sambla Group.

We’re hiring a Product Manager to help shape and drive our digital customer experiences at Sambla Group. You will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm, and join a growing Product & Tech organisation, working closely with an Engineering Manager, Data Scientists, engineers, and key stakeholders across the company.

In this role, you’ll be part of a forward-leaning, pathfinding team that is exploring new territory, building products that don’t exist yet, and pioneering AI-driven ways of working across Sambla Group.

This is a highly visible role where you will bring structure, clarity, and a strong customer perspective to a fast-moving domain that touches almost every part of our business.

You’ll be the person who connects the dots between customer needs, business opportunities, technology, data, and product development – making sure we build products and experiences that create real value for customers, sales, and our country organisations.

What You Will Do
  • Own and drive the product roadmap – from long-term vision to clear short-term priorities.
  • Turn fragmented experiences and opportunities into coherent customer journeys and scalable product solutions.
  • Work closely with The Sambla App team, Data, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and country Directors to understand needs, align priorities, and maximise impact.
  • Translate business and customer opportunities into clear product problems, initiatives, and solutions, working closely with technical and data teams.
  • Coordinate and prioritise work across teams, bringing structure, focus, and clear communication into a group of highly skilled experts.
  • Champion experimentation and learning through A/B testing, hypothesis-driven discovery, customer insights, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and track success metrics for your products – such as adoption, customer satisfaction, efficiency, conversion, and downstream business results.
  • Balance customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and opportunities when making product decisions.
  • Ensure documentation, onboarding materials, and internal communication are in place so that stakeholders across Sambla Group understand and adopt the products and experiences you help build.
  • Contribute to developing our overall product ways of working and help strengthen a customer-centric, outcome-focused product culture.
We Believe You Have
  • 5+ years of experience building digital consumer products, ideally within fintech, consumer tech, marketplaces, subscription businesses or other high-growth digital environments.
  • Experience building and scaling mobile app or other high-frequency digital experiences.
  • A strong understanding of customer engagement, retention, recurring usage and customer lifetime value.
  • Experience working with subscription, membership, recurring revenue or other relationship-based business models is highly valued.
  • A strong track record of turning customer and business problems into successful product experiences.
  • Experience with product discovery, experimentation, A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to connect product decisions to measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate the why, what and where we're going.
  • The ability to influence and align stakeholders without relying on hierarchy.
  • A hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset – you are a self-starter who creates momentum rather than waiting for direction.
  • High standards for product quality, customer experience and execution.
Nice to have
  • Experience from a leading consumer tech or fintech company.
  • Experience building products with subscription or recurring engagement models.
  • Experience working with personal finance, banking or other financial services.
  • Experience using AI or data to create more personalised customer experiences.
  • Experience working across multiple markets.
  • Experience in a highly data-driven product organisation.

You are a strong product thinker who combines customer obsession with commercial understanding and a high level of execution. You don't need a perfectly defined problem before getting started. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions and creating clarity where there isn't any. You are equally comfortable discussing product strategy with senior stakeholders, diving into customer behaviour and data with analysts, and working day-to-day with designers and engineers.

Most importantly, you know what great consumer products feel like – and you have a clear point of view on what makes products great.

You’ll join a humble, passionate department that truly cares about their craft. We’re looking for a Product Manager who can connect the pieces, bring the customer perspective, create clarity, and help us build and scale great products across Sambla Group.

What We Offer

Business in mind & people at heart. You’ll join a company that aims to be an attractive and innovative employer with committed and motivated employees who work in a genuine, energy‑filled and result‑oriented environment.

We might be a little different from most companies. Instead of defining personal values, we’ve built a shared way of working - a rhythm that guides how we collaborate, support our customers, and move forward together. We call it Drive & Jive - a shared rhythm that creates momentum through direction, collaboration, and human connection.

As part of our recruitment process, we conduct background checks for all positions within the company.

Sambla Group is the new generation of brokers. Our ambition has always been the same - to challenge the banks’ offers so that our customers, regardless of the conditions, should always have the same opportunity to obtain the best possible loan solution. Sambla Group has grown to over 500 employees, established itself in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark with offices in all markets.
