Job summary

Lovable is seeking a People Operations Lead to build and scale our regional People Ops function in Stockholm and beyond. You will own payroll, compliance, HRIS and lifecycle workflows, while shaping AI-native self-service foundations to move quickly with controls and privacy in mind.

You will lead a regional team, design scalable processes, and collaborate with engineering and product to enable fast growth across Sweden, the UK, and the US. A strong track record in high-growth tech is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in People/HR Operations, including real experience leading and developing People Ops specialists, not just doing the work solo.
• Experience at an AI-native or fast-scaling tech company.
• Direct experience owning multi-country payroll, benefits, and compliance; Sweden, UK, US experience a strong plus.
• A track record designing scalable People Ops systems and processes in a high-growth environment.
• Balanc[es] speed with rigor: privacy-by-design, RBAC, and safe AI usage standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global People Ops team across multiple regions.
• Own the employee lifecycle operating model for onboarding, changes, mobility, leave, offboarding.
• Oversee Payroll, Benefits & Compliance with audit-ready documentation and controls.
• Own HRIS strategy end-to-end (HiBob) including integrations and data integrity.
• Design processes, playbooks and self-service with AI-assisted capabilities.
