TFS HealthScience is seeking an HR Business Partner to work alongside senior leaders as a trusted advisor and to influence how the business grows. The role sits at Lund, Sweden, and requires living within commuting distance of the southern region.

You will drive organisational development, workforce planning, and leadership development while leveraging data and AI to make HR faster and more valuable to the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner advising senior leaders at a strategic level.
• Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen, ideally from a client facing or service based business.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish employment law.
• Fluent English and Swedish.
• Based in southern Sweden, within commuting distance of Lund office.
• A genuine interest in using data, digital tools and AI in HR.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders on organisational development and change.
• Shape strategic talent management and workforce planning to ensure the right capabilities for tomorrow's business.
• Advise leaders on people matters from performance and conflict to restructuring.
• Lead succession planning and business continuity.
• Develop our leaders and help them grow their teams.
• Handle employment law matters and work with unions and works councils.
• Strengthen TFS as a place where great people want to work.
