Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking an HR Business Partner to work alongside senior leaders as a trusted advisor and to influence how the business grows. The role sits at Lund, Sweden, and requires living within commuting distance of the southern region.

You will drive organisational development, workforce planning, and leadership development while leveraging data and AI to make HR faster and more valuable to the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner advising senior leaders at a strategic level.
• Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen, ideally from a client facing or service based business.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish employment law.
• Fluent English and Swedish.
• Based in southern Sweden, within commuting distance of Lund office.
• A genuine interest in using data, digital tools and AI in HR.

The role

As our HR Business Partner, you will work side by side with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, and you will have a real say in how our business grows. You see HR as a business lever: you understand what drives revenue, and you make sure our people decisions support it. You will also help shape how our HR team works going forward, using modern tools and AI to make HR faster, smarter and more valuable to the business. This role is based at our Lund office, so you will need to live in southern Sweden within commuting distance.
