Job summary

Swedfund is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to managers and leaders across the organisation, combining hands-on HR with strategic people initiatives. The role is based in Stockholm and may involve travel within the Nordics and Europe.

You will drive Learning & Development, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, employee experience, and work environment initiatives, while collaborating with colleagues across offices and managing union

Qualifications

• Senior HR experience in an international environment.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish labour law.
• Experience in work environment management and employee relations.
• Experience with Learning & Development and HR process digitisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and guidance to managers across all offices on operational and strategic HR matters.
• Drive development, continuous improvement, and digitalisation of HR processes and systems.
• Drive Learning & Development initiatives to strengthen leadership and organisational effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain work environment, health and safety initiatives.
• Manage union collaboration and participate in negotiations with local employee representatives.
• Advise and support managers on employee relations and labour law matters.
