Job summary

TFS HealthScience in Lund, Sweden, seeks an HR Business Partner to work with senior leaders as a trusted advisor and to align people decisions with business strategy.

You will lead talent management, workforce planning and employment relations, shaping how HR adds value and drives performance across the organisation.

Based at the Lund office, you will use data, digital tools and AI to make HR faster, smarter and more collaborative in our growing international business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, advising senior leaders at a strategic level.
• Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen, ideally from a client facing or service based business.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish employment law.
• Fluent English and Swedish.
• Based in southern Sweden, within commuting distance of our Lund office.
• A genuine interest in using data, digital tools and AI in HR.

The role

As our HR Business Partner, you will work side by side with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, and you will have a real say in how our business grows. You see HR as a business lever: you understand what drives revenue, and you make sure our people decisions support it. You will also help shape how our HR team works going forward, using modern tools and AI to make HR faster, smarter and more valuable to the business. This role is based at our Lund office, so you will need to live in southern Sweden within commuting distance.
