Ericsson, via its internal management consultancy SPP based in Stockholm, seeks an Engagement Manager to drive impact for Ericsson globally. You will lead senior client engagements, shape multi-faceted projects, and mentor teams across borders.

The role emphasizes problem structuring, end-to-end delivery, and collaboration with Ericsson’s Executive Team. A 5+ year track record in top-tier consulting and superb business English are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of fulltime work experience from top-tier management consulting firms (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or similar experience.
• Experience in leading and delivering management consulting projects, including project planning, problem structuring, and team and client management.
• Excellent academic track record from globally recognized business and/or engineering schools, typically with an advanced degree (M.Sc., Ph.D. or MBA).
• Excellent command of business English.
• Prior strategy consulting experience in Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) is highly valued but not a requirement.
