Job summary

ABC Labs in Stockholm is seeking a Customer Coordinator to support customers during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing delivery. You will combine direct communication with operational coordination and manage onboarding activities, orders, and customer information.

You will collaborate with Operations, Customer Operations, and Sales to resolve issues and keep customers informed. Fluent Swedish and English are expected; the role is based in Stockholm with market-based compensation and 30 days

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers through onboarding, implementation and delivery.
• Experience handling customer requests from initial contact to resolution.
• Experience using CRM, case-management, order-management, or similar digital systems.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests or operational tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for customers during onboarding, pilots, and ongoing delivery via email and phone.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities for new customers.
• Receive, investigate, and follow up on customer cases until resolved.
• Communicate status, next steps, and solutions clearly to customers.
• Manage customer orders, information, and documentation in relevant systems.
• Keep customer and order information accurate and up to date.
• Identify recurring customer issues or tasks and raise improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Operations, and Sales when a customer request involves multiple teams.
